*General comments*
	Omeo township is a very conveniently located town for the high country tourer. The town has a full range of essential supplies and services. The town caravan park is very good and worth a stop for showering and doing a load of washing. The supermarket has an alcohol licence and good opening hours which cater for later arriving tourers. The Parks Victoria Office is a good stop for track advice and information. There is a Historical Park and Museum located in the centre of town.
