*General comments*
	The radio telescopes at Tidbinbilla are operated by the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex which is part of NASA's Deep Space Network. It is open 7 days a week and is closed on Christmas Day only. The working parts of the complex (ie the radio telescopes and operations room) are off limits to the general public except on the occasional open days, but....
