*Description*	An excellent bush campsite with few facilities on the banks of the Murray River a short distance below Lock 6.

*What's there*


*General comments*
	This is an excellent bush campsite with few facilities (2 x fire rings, 2 x dunnies) on the banks of the Murray River in the Chowilla Game Reserve. While signposted as 'Little Gums Campground' this site is also known as 'Ron's Fridge'. It seems that this was the favoured campsite of a chap called Ron Gilbertson whose ashes are scattered here. Ron's now derelict camp, complete with an old kerosene fridge, remains as a feature of the campsite. The ashes of Thelma Mann, who was born here when it was part of Chowilla Station, are also scattered in the area. Plaques attesting to Ron and Thelma .... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

General comments
