General comments
The Old Telegraph Station is south of the town (clearly signposted). After about 5 km you reach the end of the road near high white sand dunes and no sign to the station. Walk towards the one tree which you can see above the sand dunes. The Old Telegraph Station is about 50 m from the tree. There are no facilities at the Old Telegraph Station but those in nearby Eucla are reasonable.
