General comments
Toilets and picnic facilities are provided at various places in Kalbarri NP. Drinking water is not available in the park so always carry your own supply.

Canoeing/rafting is only recommended when the river is calm with minimal flow – wet season flows can be very turbulent and dangerous – speak to a Ranger first! Several websites have images of folk abseiling etc into the gorge, but it’s not clear if this is condoned by the authorities.

There are no camping areas, but a full range of accommodation is available in Kalbarri, which has a selection of shops, fuel outlets, entertainments and services including a bush nursing post, medical centre, police station, post office and banking facilities.
