General comments
This short 4WD trip of approximately 12 km (each way) is along the beach from Goolwa Beach to Murray Mouth. Entry point is via Beach Road in the beautiful SA coastal town of Goolwa.

There is a large carpark at the start of the track. A boardwalk to a viewing platform is located here so you can view along the beach before attempting the drive to ensure you have sufficient space between the water and the beach head dunes to make the drive. Signage advises that driving on this beach is permitted and suggests that only th.... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

How do I get there
CD.x km   .... Head south on Beach Road - follow signs to Goolwa Beach. GPS 35° 20′ 17"S 138° 46R .....
CD.x km   .... to 15-20 psi before entering the sandy track. The carpark opposite is a good place to do this. GPS 35° 31′ 20"S 138° 46 .....
CD.x km   .... is fairly soft. You will notice where others have driven up closer to the beach head dunes and while soft, it is dry and you are unlikely to require recovery if you have lowered your tyre pressure .....
