General comments
Extensive well-grassed and well maintained picnic area and camping area with large shelters featuring cement floors and large tables and bench seating. Shelters can be booked ahead for picnic groups of up t.... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

Attractions
Camping and picnic area is alongside the river. There is limited access to the water's edge for swimming, or you can jump off the jetty, or throw the fishing line in there. Boat launching not permitted, but canoes would be okay. Good playground facility. Lots of gras.... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

Upsides
Lots of space. Well maintained grounds and ablutions. Hot showers. Very quiet during the week out of school holiday.... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

Downsides
Gets busy in school holidays and weekends. Speed boats whizz past from time to time so it's wise not to swim out into the middle of the river. The elevated BBQs have narrow fire boxes, and with the .... Remainder of the content is available on the CampGroundCorner CD

History on the area
