Using CampGroundCorner with OziExplorer

OziExplorer GPS Mapping Software is a widely used program for both trip preparation and on board GPS navigation. It runs on Windows platforms and certain proprietry GPS navigation systems. CampGroundCorner contains plot and waypoint files for use with OziExplorer. Details are given for obtaining this information using IE.

Help fast-track OziExplorer improvements for users of CampGroundCorner data

OziExplorer is produced by an Australian company ‘D & L Software Pty Ltd Australia’. CampGroundCorner uses OziExplorer file formats extensively. With some simple enhancements to OziExplorer, CGC could be more closely integrated with OziExplorer The enhancements would enable you to load CGC documentation from a right click on a waypoint. OziExplorerCE does not currently have this capacity. If developed, CGC data would be enhanced to provide an OziExplorerCE PocketPC (PDA) suitable version, enabling CGC content to be available from a PocketPC running OziExplorerCE.
