The future of four wheel drive touring and camping access lies in responsible attitudes being displayed by all 4WD owners. Many people in the 4WD community are aware of the environment and the role it plays in our recreational enjoyment. Very few users of the bush are deliberate law breakers. Few consciously cause damage, leave rubbish behind or interfere with nature. But occasionally, damage is caused because groups or individuals are unaware of the impact of there actions on the areas we all enjoy.

The Land Rover Club of the ACT adheres to various ethical and common sense codes of conduct in order to protect these precious resources and our rights of access to them. In this section you will find several codes and standards that facilitate this.

Environmental Obligations
       Tread Lightly!
       Recreational Vehicle Code of Ethics

It is important that all club members and guests are familiar with the clubs various polices and procedures, these, combined with the above codes compose the basis of a framework for safe, relaxing and enjoyable trips.
